Now that we need properties

 It takes money to have money, it takes time to have money. You can have lots of money in a blink of an eye or you can have money after more years has been added to your knowledge and skills. Everything depends on your will. Since we are in real estate and would like to offer more #tips for you our reader, in order to walk with you in acquiring more money through properties.

On average as an investor you can buy and sell 4 properties in a year and still make huge profit. This is derived from the notion that takes a property to register under the new buyer - which is 3 months. It then means that every 3 months you can make R 30 000,00 which will lead to R 120 000,00 in 1 year then R 1 200 000,00 in 10 years or.....? You can go with R 1 million in 10 years or you can make it in 1 year?

If you can check on what is written on the bank notes you will learn that money belongs to the state. You are just been given an opportunities to be trusted by the next person when conducting medium of exchange. From that we then learn that it will take someone few seconds to understand the numbers and master the route to prosperity while others will take lifetime to master the route. Open letter to #Top100 companies in South Africa

We all need shelter. We think if we can all be involved in the planning and building of South Africa we will achieve great things as a nation. we need to help each other in solving the issues of housing in the country.
  • If big players can offer housing subsidy to their employees?
  • If big players can build one house per year and give it (away)?
  • If the system can accommodate everyone?
  • If financial institutions can join the party?
  • If it can be easy for all?
  • If political parties can promise what they have?
In our planning committee we need to have the following stake holders:
  • Department of human settlement,
  • Media companies
  • Telecommunication companies,
  • Basic material companies,
  • Financial companies,
  • Industrial companies,
  • Retail companies,
  • Consumer goods companies,
  • Healthcare companies,
  • Transport companies.
We will win the shortage of houses and eradicate informal settlement. A new products need to hit the market and solve this issue. We need to really work together as South Africans and drive our country to the right direction. We are great nation with great opportunities.

Hint: If 100 to 500 companies can come together and each build one house at-least 100 to 500 houses will be delivered yearly.

Free advertising portals for #properties

Your business needs to be out there. The talk of the town or trending has to be your business services and/or products. Are you using the correct tools for exposing your business? From what we know - nothing can beat WORD OF MOUTH. You have to be all over so that everybody knows about you. How do you get out there?

The whole of last year (2017) we were using the top 3 free advertising portals to sell our #properties:

I wonder if it was a bad year or our ad where of poor quality for them to go unrecognised. We sold zero #properties from this portals. People do visit but none was converted to sales. Gumtree and Junkmail has paid platforms maybe they want us to use those platforms then we can generate business. Olx is so complicated and not user friendly for sellers. You can only benefit from them if you advertise rentals otherwise you need to pay in order to get things done.

Please waste no time thinking that free advertising portals will bring business. You need to pay and have things done properly by the professionals. We wish you all the best in your business.
